We want to help you out of pain. During normal operating hours, please call the office at (304)242-8959.

If it is after hours, you are a patient of record and you are having swelling, bleeding or pain that cannot wait until we are open, call our after-hours number as directed on our answering machine.

If it is after hours and you are not a patient of record, please call the office at (304)242-8959 and we will call you as soon as possible when we return to the office.

If you have significant swelling, bleeding, pain, or having difficulty breathing or swallowing, please go to the Emergency Room.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm and Friday from 8:30am to 1pm.

We are “in network” with Delta Dental, Met Life, United Concordia and Liberty Dental for Retirees. We accept many other insurances also. Please call (304)242-8959 if you have any insurance questions.

Prior to your visit, we can send you a link to fill out your patient registration paperwork if you would like to do so electronically, or we have the paper forms ready for you when you arrive. Please bring your current dental insurance card. Also please bring a current list of medications so that we can treat you safely. If you have been seen by another dentist within the past year or two, please let us know so we can request a copy of your x-rays prior to your visit with us.

If you have been seen within the past 6 months or so by another dentist, had been receiving routine cleanings and exams and are not having any significant pain or problems with your mouth, you may be able to schedule for an exam, any necessary x-rays and a cleaning at your first visit. However, if it has been a while since your last dental exam or if you having any dental problems, we want to make sure we have enough time to discuss our findings and your concerns. We will formulate a treatment plan that fits your needs and desires and then usually have you schedule your cleaning for another day.
